No Rival will be exhibiting at the World of Dance event in San Mateo this Saturday from 3:00 pm – 12:00 am. The headliners for this show are Supreme Soul and Quest from MTV's America's Best Dance Crew, Seasons 2 and 3 respectively.

Machine Gone Funk @ IBE 2009

The legendary Machine Gone Funk crew recently traveled to Holland for the Notorious IBE (International Breakdance Event). The following video is a battle that went down during IBE 2009 between Machine Gone Funk and Salah & Friends. All members of Machine Gone Funk are wearing our upcoming No Rival - Machine Gone Funk t-shirts in this footage. The back of the shirt reads, "I live for the funk. NO RIVAL Season 2 Available Now!!!

The first wave of 2nd season NO RIVAL t-shirts are now available at http://www.norival.com! Many of these shirts have only been available at select events up until now. The new shirts include designs that were done in collaboration with the dance crews Supreme Soul and Academy of Villains and were produced in limited quantities, so act quickly.

No Rival is featured on one of the most recent episodes of Built From Skratch on the MYX Network. We are featured on Episode 48, which is an episode dedicated to hip hop influenced apparel.

World of Dance Tour - Pomona & New Account!!!

No Rival will be exhibiting at the World of Dance Tour at the Pomona Fairplex in Pomona, CA on Saturday April 4th. We will have all of our designs available for purchase including the "I AM A BEAST" shirts which still have not hit our web store because we can't keep them in stock! The World of Dance is the largest U.S. urban dance and hip hop competition. Hundreds of participants, the country’s top Dance Troupes, and thousands of spectators will partake in a performance festival setting, awarding today’s top dancers and b boys with the most prestigious acknowledgements. Our homeboy, Pharside, from the infamous Supreme Soul will be a featured judge at this year's show. I heard the Lost Kids from San Francisco will be performing AND Smart Mark from Phresh Select out of Philly will be representing.

On another note, NO RIVAL just picked up a new distributor in Northern California. You can now find NO RIVAL goods at "The Edge". "The Edge" is one of the best independently owned men's clothing stores in the Bay Area. The store carries over 70 different labels ranging from denim to wovens to tees to watches AND shoes. They specialize in casual denim-inspired attire, pulling from the fashion forward L.A. and N.Y. scene. The shop has a clean and contemporary style and is very comfortable to browse.
